Who is the Primary Admin? You or your accountant?

Is your account inactive? Can you clarify who is the primary admin? If you're account is inactive, you'll only have a read-only access to your company unless you choose to reactivate your account.

I am the primary admin.
My account is inactive and only in read-only mode.
We don't want to pay and resubscribe to use the services at this time, but we do need to remove the Accountant from our account for security purposes. Doesn't make sense to pay for services to only remove the Accountant, we should be able to do this or if QB support can help do this on our account for us, we would appreciate it.

We do not want to pay and resubscribe to a Plan at this time. We only need to remove our Accountant. If I am not able to do this in read-only mode, can QB Support please help remove the Accountant for us? Or what are the other options to resolve the issue? We need to remove the Accountant for security purposes and it's not fair that we would have to pay to subscribe to complete this quick task.

As per my peer @LieraMarie_A provided above, once an account is inactive, we only have read-only access to it. Thus, removing an accountant isn't possible unless you decided to reactivate your account.

Is there any way for me to remove my Accountant without having to pay to subscribe? I would greatly appreciate if the QB could help with fulfilling this request.
