There are two actions to perform if the invitation email did not received for client. Let me help you to resend the invitation to the client. See the steps below:
Step 1: Check if your email address is correct.
1. Select the Gear icon. 2. Under Your Company, click the Account and Settings. 3. Select Company from the left. 4. In the Contact info section, click the pencil (edit) icon. 5. Re-enter the company email address. 6. Select Save, then choose Done.
Step 2: Resend the invitation.
1. Select the Gear icon at the top. 2. Under Your Company, click Manage Users. 3. Find the user you need to re-invite. 4. Select Resend invite in the Action column.
Please take note that if you don't see an option to resend and the status shows Active, this means the user accepted your invitation and already set up a login.
