You can invite an accountant via the Manage Users page. Please be reminded that to invite or remove an accountant user from a QBO subscription requires admin rights. Let me show you the steps to accomplish this:
- Click on the Gear icon at the top and select Manage Users.

- Go to the Accounting firms tab.
- Enter the accountant's email address and click on the Invite button.

Once done, please ask your accountant to check with their email and accept the invitation.
The steps are sure to help you add your accountant and access your QBO company file so they can review your books.
