ok here is the thing, I have downloaded and activated my copy of QB Accountant 2016 version and fine it works, but then I saw so I got the 30 day free trial of the QB Desktop Pro 2020 version downloaded and activated, but not registered as you are not supposed to as that will lock you out of QB. So then I saw on the main QB page something called Plus try it for 30 days free trial then 21/mo and i thought it had the live bookkeeper that would help me get set up and be there when you were not availaable, but no I found out this part of it is not available on the free trial version

Back to the thing, so I have to use a non QB online payroll program to run payroll if I get these contracts for new clients, and then I will have to transfer the checks over into QB manually so the reports are correct, which I think I can do as I have set up payroll liability vendor accounts and paid payroll liabilities online thru the EFTPS system before, so I think I can do it but I thought it would be nice to have that live bookkeeper to help me
see I have no money to upgrade my software today to the paid versions so I see that I will not be able to do this the easy way

See I had another email that was my old Online QB account but I forgot that password too and it has an old phone number so I can verify to set the new pswd request, so no way to fix that either, help

See in December on a previous computer, I figured out with yr QB team on my main email account that we could not do that too without changing the phone, #, would take a bout a few weeks but they got it to work but I can log in but there is no access to my software accounts on tha t page? deb
