May I know if you're referring to your direct deposit password? Did you receive any error code? I have this great article with step by step instructions on how to reset your pin. If you find you are locked out, it'll be best to contact us. They'll be able to help you unlock your account and reset the pin. Here's where you can check our hotline:

A representative can also review the email address and phone number associated with your account so you can change your banking account information for direct deposit.
