I'd be delighted to walk you through resubscribing to your account. As soon as you sign in to your account, you should be prompted to resubscribe. If you did not receive the message, let us follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Select Settings, then Subscriptions and Billing.
- For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe, and then enter your billing information.
- Select Subscribe.
After this, sign out of your account, and then sign back in again. Check your next charge date in Subscriptions and Billing under Settings. If it's a date in the past, contact support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
