How do I send my accountant an invitation to be able to view and update my QuickBooks?

You can follow the steps below to send an invitation to your accountant.

1. Go to the Gear icon and click Manage Users.
2. Hit Add User and choose Company admin.
3. Check the box that says This user is my accountant.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter the accountant's name and email address, then Save.
6. Click Next, then select Finish.

You can also send invites to your accountant through Accounting firms. Here’s how:

1. From the Gear icon choose Manage Users.
2. Click Accounting Firms.
3. Enter the Accountant’s email and select Invite.
