How do I send my ledger to my accountant

You do not send your accountant anything when using QBO. Instead you invite her/him as one of you allowable accountantt users and then they get complete unbridled access to every nook and cranny of your books. In addition they can edit absolutely everything,  essentially to correct any missteps you make along the way.

Thanks for taking the time to be a part of the Community, looks like @john-pero already has you covered on this one, and he's absolutely right. The best way to do this would be to set up Accountant Access  as a way for them to review this ledger.

By giving your accountant access to your QBO account, they will be able to review your books, make corrections, and help with additional transactions.  

You can follow these steps to give your account access to your account:

1. Go to Settings ⚙and select Manage users.
2. Select the Accounting firms tab.
3. Select Invite.
4. Enter your accountant's info and select Save.
