How do i set up my quick books for a general construction company? how do i enter job exspenses?

Hello @bullruncon:

 

Honestly, QB Desktop is better at job costing than QBO.  You do have the projects feature but it is still lacking in the reporting dept.

 

Anyone who calls me that is looking for job costing with QBO, I direct them to the app Knowify.  That makes QBO better than QBDT.  But there is an add on cost for that. Knowify rocks!
