How do I share custom report groups??

Let me be the first to welcome you to the Community. I’m here to guide you on how to share your custom report groups in QuickBooks Online.

 

In QBO, you have the option to share customized reports with other company users. Here’s how:

1.    Go to Reports tab on the left menu and choose Custom Reports.
2.    Open the customized report.
3.    Click the Save customization button.
4.    In the Share with field, click the drop-down arrow and select All.
5.    Hit Save.
