Switching between two companies in QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on the Intuit user ID associated with each of your accounts, Mptison36.
If both companies use the same Intuit login credentials, you can switch between them simultaneously by navigating to the Gear Icon and selecting Switch Company under the Profile section. Here's a visual reference to guide you:
On the other hand, if your companies use different Intuit login credentials, you'll need to sign out of one account before logging into the other.
