Hi there, empireceo. I'd be glad to share some information about QuickBooks subscription.
The option to temporarily pause a subscription isn't available in QuickBooks Online. However, you can cancel your account and reactivate it later when you need it.
You can follow these steps to cancel your subscription. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and subscription tab.
- Choose Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
- Click Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again.
- Proceed and follow the next steps.
- Select Submit and cancel the subscription.
- Click Got it.
When you cancel your subscription, you have read-only access for a year of your company data. I've also added this link here to guide you along the way: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?
Once you're back on your feet, you can read this article that will help you resubscribe your subscription to your QuickBooks Online account: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
