Updating your credit card in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is quick and easy. I'll ensure a smooth process to save you time, letitgrowlandsca.
We can access the Subscription and Billing section to update the credit card billing. Let me guide you on how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and Billing under the Profile section.
- Choose the Billing details tab.
- Click Edit billing information and update your payment info.
- It will launch the wallet list. From this view, update your credit card.
- After saving your change, the payment method displays on the Billing details tab.

Updating your credit card will also update your payroll subscription if you have QBO bundled with Payroll. Also, if you have multiple Intuit subscriptions, we can use the Intuit Payment Wallet. This adds and retrieves payment methods for all your subscriptions.
