Hey there, @SDM2. Thanks for reaching out.
Payroll subscription invoices are sent via email every month to the primary contact listed in your Payroll Settings. There isn't a way in-product to see these invoices, however you can get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support Team and they can provide you with the details. Reaching out is super easy. Check it out:
That's it! Use the Reply button below if you have any other questions for me. I'd be happy to answer them. Have a wonderful week!
If you are looking in your account & settings, you should be able to get to the page that has two tabs - one is for your regular subscription and the next one is for the payroll invoices.
You shouldn't have to call support to get this info. It's always readily available once you login.
Thank you for responding. My account and settings page only has an option to view payment history regarding QuickBooks Essentials, not for QB Online Payroll Core. The Payroll Core is the subscription that I would like to view my payment history. Thanks again.
Yes, it is unfortunate that something as simple as a Payment history cannot be viewed in the Payroll subscription when it is easy to view in QuickBooks Essentials. But thanks for responding.
I found a solution to this issue! Under the Reports tab, go to the Payroll section. In the Payroll section there is a report called "Payroll Billing Summary." I found my billing statements right there, all I had to do is click on the date I needed. Hope this helps anyone who would need this information.
