You can transfer the master admin role to existing QBO users. Or, if the person isn’t a QuickBooks user yet, you can add them as a new user. Then, transfer the master admin role to them after they’re added.
Since the master admin is the main user who has access to every part of your account, you must be able to sign in as the master admin to transfer the master admin role.
Here's how to do it:
Want details? Check out this guide: Change the master admin user in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, here's a link that you can use in case you need help with other tasks in QBO.
Please know that you're always welcome to message me anytime if you still have questions or concerns with managing your account. I'll be around for you. Take care and stay safe.
Support may help to transfer the Master Admin role to your end if they found you accountant is not active for some reasons (e.g health condition). Otherwise you may have other options to claim your data with an extra effort/cost.
