To make sure we're on the same page, are you referring to the product pop-up notifications that are visible on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app? If yes, they're designed to guide and suggest how to optimize your QBO experience. For now, the only way to get rid of the advertisements is by manually closing them through the X sign or the No thanks option.
If not, I suggest providing a screenshot. Any extra information is appreciated.

This is on the "Transactions" screen. Screenshots appear to be disabled for security.
The first entry on the list periodically bounces in a way that intentionally grabs the user's attention, and it works too well, especially for neurodivergent users. Many of our team find the app unusable. It's disappointing because Intuit usually has such great software. Is there any way to turn this off?
Following this thread as I am also neurodivergent and find this feature utterly distracting.
