How to add clients who already use quickbooks online in QBOA? I am currently the master admin of my clients.

Hi there, alexh228.

 

Let's add your client to your QuickBooks Online for Accountant (QBOA).

 

Ask your client to invite you to their company as an accountant user, here's how:

  1. In the left panel, click the My Accountant tab. 
  2. On the Accountant's email box, enter your email address.
  3. Click on the Invite button.

Once the invitation is sent, follow these steps:

  1. Pull up the invitation in your email.
  2. Click on ACCEPT INVITE button.
  3. Enter the use ID and password you use for QuickBooks Online Accountant.
  4. Click on Accept Invitation button.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Click the green QB icon to open the books.
