It seems that you also need help in canceling your subscription. Let me assist you.
Yes, you need to go to the Account and settings so you can cancel it. You can find it by clicking the Gear icon. Please note that only the admin users can cancel it. You can also find the detailed steps here: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
Also, once cancelled, you only have one year to access and reactivate the account. If not, the data will be deleted permanently. I suggest you export your data for future use.
