Before we start, please know that we won't change those information with the IRS and state agencies. In such situations, you'll have to request the change directly to them.

Actually I have uploaded the required documents on Aug 30th via Assisted Payroll Document Portal, but there is no support team contacting me for the update. Then I re-uploaded it on last Friday after got your help. But still no response.
How can I know if the change requests have been updated or not? Is there an Email address for support team to checking?

The request to change the legal name and address will automatically reflect on your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. That is if the forms you've submitted are clear and don't need any clarifications.
To verify, you can try to run a payroll to see if the new company name and address are updated already.
Our Customer Support Team doesn't have an email address. If it's not updated yet, what I can suggest is to contact them. This way, they'll be able to check the status of it. To reach out to them, go to the Help menu and select on QuickBooks Desktop Help. Then, click on Contact Us.
