How to change the email address and the phone number to receive the verification code

Welcome to the Community. I can help you update the account information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can change your phone number and email address from the Intuit Account Manager. Please access this section by logging into your QBO account.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click the account profile in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Manage your Intuit Account. 
4. On the left navigation, click Sign in & security.
5. Click the information you want to update. 
6. Hit Save.
