It's nice to have you in the Community today. I can assist you with deleting an existing bank feed log in credentials and enter a new one in QuickBooks Desktop.
You can edit your login credentials or any information in your bank account connected to QuickBooks Desktop if you disable and re-enable Bank Feeds. This will ensure that the most current information will be pulled from the bank server during re-setup. Bear in mind that only the admin of the account can make the changes.
To do that:
- Deactivate Bank Feeds for an account.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Re-setup account for Bank Feeds.
