How to disable billable check marks on bills in the items category

I'm here to provide some insight regarding this matter.

For now, we don't currently have an option to disable the billable checkbox. It's my priority that you're able to use QuickBooks seamlessly. That said, I suggest submitting feedback directly to our product engineers and I'll be doing so on my end. The updates and changes to QuickBooks are largely the results of feedback provided by users, just like yourself. 

Here's how to submit feedback: 

1. From the Help menu, select Send Feedback Online, then Product Suggestion.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Click Submit.

You might also want to visit our feedback forum to check the recent updates made in QuickBooks. In the meantime, I would recommend that you manually uncheck them for now when you create the bills.
