When I go to F1 help in quickbook a pane opens then I select my next option then the help article pane doesn't open so my webpage not accepted. How do we fix that?

Let’s try to fix this unusual behavior by updating your QuickBooks release version. Here’s how:
1. Click Help at the top.
2. Select Update QuickBooks from the dropdown option.
3. Go to Update Now tab.
4. Check the box for Reset Updates.
5. Click the Get Updates button.
Once completed, close and reopen QuickBooks. When you receive a prompt to install updates, click Yes then restart computer once completed.
