How to give access to a user in QB?

You can invite your client to your company file to let them access your account, @justonburson.

Once your client accepts the invitation, they should be able to access your company file. If the user is blocked, you can delete their access from the account and send him/her a new invitation.

Here's how to delete the user access:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Manage users
  2. Find the user and click the Edit drop-down under  the Action column.
  3. Select Delete, then select Delete again in the confirmation window.

Once done, you can reinvite the user. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go back to the Gear icon ⚙ and choose Manage Users
  2. Click the Add user button and select a user type.
  3. Select Next and select the access rights you want to give to your client.
  4. Choose Next again until you're done setting the user setup.
  5. Enter the user information and click Save.

Once your client accepts the invitation, they should be able to access your company file.
