How to incorporate old QuickBooks account to my new account?

We have an old QuickBooks account with my husband’s old email address that he no longer has access to. We want to incorporate the that old account with our new business account. We have the old account ID number. We just need to know how to merge them. Help!

We're unable to merge two QuickBooks Online accounts. I would suggest calling us so we can help with the access. Then, import the list of customers, vendors, Chart of Accounts, and products and services from the old account to the new one. Paychecks, bills, invoices, and other types of transactions can be re-created. You might also want to enter them as journal entries so you can lump sum the amounts.
