How to save a report?

That's easy, s2linen.


There are multiple ways how you can save your report. You can either use the Export or Save customization option in QuickBooks.


Here's how:


  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Run the report you'll want to save.
  3. You can click the Customize button to add or remove filters.
  4. To refresh the display, click Run report.
  5. If you want to save the report you customized so you don't have to add and remove filters all over again, you can click Save customization.
  6. To export a report and have a copy, you can click the Export icon and select how you'll want to save it (Excel or PDF).
