I am a new admin and can not get into my company

I'm pleased to see you in the Community space, @dcauto642.

 

If you're working on a new company file, you will be asked if you're creating the file for yourself. When you select For myself (I'm the admin), you can log in using your Intuit login. You can check this article for more details: Admin log in when creating a new company file.

 

However, if you encounter locked messages or other warnings when opening the company file, you can resolve this by performing some troubleshooting steps. You can check the following links for more information.

 

 

If you meant opening the company file using access from the previous admin, then you may need to request a role transfer. You can contact our Desktop Support so they can guide you with the process.
