Your discounted period for QBO Advanced is expired and you have to pay in regular price now. If you wish to get the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Once you are ready to proceed, open a NEW QBO account with current discounted plan. You may get current discounted price for up to 6 months.

But should you prefer to downgrade your plan, go to menu Billing and Subscription.

Welcome to the Community, @entreegobr. I want to make sure that you're able to get the assistance that you need.

As much as I'd love to get this handled directly, checking your billing history requires your company information. At this point, I'd suggest you contact our QuickBooks Online Customer Support team. They have the right resources that can pull up your information and take a look at the charges on your account.

Here's how to downgrade your subscription:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose Billing and Subscription on the left.
  4. Click Downgrade next to the subscription plan details. Should you not see this option, select Cancel and you'll be presented with the option to downgrade.

For future reference, here's our article that will give you more insights about QuickBooks Online Plans & Pricing.

Feel free to visit again if you need more help. We're always around to assist. Be safe.
