I am cannot remember my admin password and i am unable to get it reset using the "forgot my password" function. "The information you entered does not match.." Help!!!!

I filled out the reset form with the exact information which was used at registration. In fact I have a screenshot at registration so the information is absolutely correct.

Still unable to reset the admin password.

Since you've already tried to reset your password with the "Forgot my password" steps, then I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have the tools to help you reset your password successfully so that you can get back to running your business. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help menu. 
2. Pick QuickBooks Desktop Help. 
3. Press the Contact Us button. 
4. Give a brief description of the issue and click Continue. 
5. Scroll down and choose to Get a Call.

Call and ask Intuit Data Service to reset your password. Otherwise, consider purchasing a 3rd party password reset service.
