Hello, @lcuevas.

First, let's create an Estimate on a private window. This helps us work QuickBooks simultaneously as it doesn't store any historical files. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open this window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Second, if it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can be the reason for some unexpected issues on QuickBooks.

Lastly, we'll have the option to use to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer.

Feel free to browse these articles when you're ready to convert Estimate into an Invoice:

Let me know if you have any other questions. I’ll be happy to help.

As additional notes, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.
