I am logged on to my account. It's been a while and the info is not the same. My bookkeeper stated QBO says the payment for subscription needs to be updates

You'll want to check if you're logged in to the correct account. Once confirmed, you can follow these steps below to update your billing information:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing Subscription.
  4. To update your payment info, select Edit then enter the details.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Select Confirm card or Save.
