  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.

Thank you for joining to the QuickBooks Community. To better assist you, did you receive any error message? There is another way of changing your billing information outside of QuickBooks. Here's  how you can update your payment information:

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com
  2. Sign in with the Primary Admin Intuit Account information. This could be different than what you use to sign in to your company file.
  3. In the Products and Services, select your subscription.
  4. Choose Details.
  5. In the Billing Information section, under Payment Method, select Edit.
  6. Update the information.
  7. Save and Close once finished.

I did not receive an error message. I tried what you said, but it's still  not working. I am logging in as Admin and it tells me to contact admin..thats me

I am having the same issue, but with the Online subscription. I have tried multiple times, and when i click SAVE, there is a statement about try another time. I have wasted at least an hour searching for help, calling, and not able to get this very easy task completed. Please help. Rosanne

I'd be glad to lend a hand so you're able to update your billing info in QuickBooks Online.

 

As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the cache in your internet browser. The cache collects data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. Over time, if the cache becomes too full, the opposite to occur by causing viewing and performance errors within the system. Clearing it will force the browser to refresh and resolve this type of issue. Here's how to get this done in Chrome for example:

 

1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.

3. Change the time range to All Time.

4. Only check Cached images and files.

5. Click Clear data.
