I am not sure if my bosses account is set up properly as when she sends me a snapshot of her receipts I am not able to see them in a expense report, what am I doing wrong

I am not sure if my bosses account is set up properly as when she sends me a snapshot of her receipts I am not able to see them in a expense report, what am I doing wrong

I'd like to help you with this, ckloczkowski.

 

When figures are not showing up in the expense reports, let's make sure the receipts are added from the For Review section.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to Banking > Receipts.
  2. Click the Reviewed tab and look for the receipts.

If there are no receipts in both For review and Reviewed tabs, you'll want to upload the receipts by clicking the Drag and drop files or browse to upload box.

 

Once uploaded, add the receipts from the For review section by following these steps:

 

  1. Click the For Review tab and look for the receipts.
  2. Under the Actions column, you can click the Review link to add the receipt details or Create expense link to add the expense.

Then, run the expense report again to check if you have the data. I'm adding this article for reference: Capture and categorize receipts and bills.
