When downloading the QuickBooks application, you don't have to create a new account. Instead, you can sign in to your existing QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
The six (6) digit code will be sent to your email address connected to your QBO account. Once the code is entered, you can now process on adding a user through the QBO app from your Ipad.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Manage Users.
- Select the Add user button.
- Choose the user type you want to create.
- Enter the information, like user name and email address.
- Then, click Save.
Once done, your new user will receive an email from quickbooks-email@intuit.com to accept the invitation.
