I am trying to cancel my subscription and once I click on the 'cancel my subscription' link, it goes to a blank screen. what to do?

I am trying to cancel my subscription and once I click on the 'cancel my subscription' link, it goes to a blank screen. what to do?

Hey hello96. This type of error is usually your web browsers cached images. I recommend you try using a private browsing window. A private browsing window is just a browsing window with no store history or temporary files, so if it's a cache error it won't occur inside of the private browser. I'll go ahead and list the hotkeys below how to do so in most web browsers. 

 

To use a private browser window, here's how:

  1. Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  4. Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once the window opens, try and cancel again. Let me know if you have any other questions.
