We're sorry to see you go but I'm here to help make the cancellation process easier for you. Before following the steps below, I'd suggest printing your reports that you need in the future.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account as an admin. 
  2. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon at the upper right. 
  3. Select Account and Settings under Your Company
  4. Go to Billing & Subscription from the left menu. 
  5. Click Cancel subscription in the QuickBooks section.  
  6. Choose Continue to Cancel, then hit Continue to Cancel again.
  7. Answer the exit survey questions. 
  8. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  9. Hit Got it.

 

After that, we'll send you an email that confirms we canceled your subscription. For detailed instructions, check out this article: Cancel Your QBO Subscription or Trial

 

However, if you still need to connect with our Support Team. You can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. After adding some insight, click on the Let's talk button. 
  4. Lastly, select the Get a callback button to arrange a call from them. Or Start a Message to chat with an expert.
