I am trying to subscribe but it doesn't appear to be working.
Still not able to subscribe - even in incognito mode. I cleared cache also. Attaching screen shots of what's happening - just trying to subscribe for "self-employed / $6/month". Not sure what information needs to be updated - and I have been trying back at another time!
The initial steps provided by my peer above should let you subscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed. Since you're still unable to do it, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They can pull up your account, and create a case or ticket ID to be submitted to our engineers for further investigation about this unexpected behavior.
