We're unable to make any changes to an inactive account. After the cancellation, you only have a read-only access to QuickBooks Online data for one year.
You have the option to reactivate from the Accounts and Settings page. I'll guide you how.
- Go to your Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription and click the Resubscribe link.
- Enter the new billing information. Then, select Subscribe.
