I am unable to receive payroll updates in my Desktop Pro subscription for only 1 company, the rest are fine
Welcome to the Quickbooks Community! Let's double-check some requirements before updating the payroll. Is your Quickbooks running on the latest release?
To verify this, follow these steps.
Go to the Help menu, then choose Update Quickbooks Desktop.
Select the Update Now tab.
Click Get Updates.
When the updates are finished restart Quickbooks.
Once the program restarts, select the option to install the new release.
Once that's finished, update the payroll tax table again. If you're still receiving problems, I'd like you to send zero payroll data. I recommended that you follow this article. Let me know if you need any additional assistance.
