Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your accounting tools. I'll be here to assist you on how to delete your company data in QuickBooks Online to start all over again. Before doing so, your book should be less than 60 days old to eliminate the account.
If the company won't delete, cancel it and create a new company. The system deletes all data entered into the company, and you're unable to restore or reverse them. Here's how to purge the data:

3. Enter Yes, to confirm you want to delete company file.
4. Click Wipe data.
Once the process is finished, you can start your books from scratch. Just a heads up, this option to purge your account if you're using QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials and Advanced.

This doesn't work - I have tried this a bunch of times but it doesn't ever pop up the next screen asking if I'm sure... It just keeps pulling up the homepage again. Help! Using Google Chrome and I've already tried the incognito mode :(

Since you've tried the incognito, let's try using a different supported browser this time. Other than Google Chrome you can use the following to isolate this issue: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
