I can not find settings. I canceled subscription a few months ago and I am still getting charged. I need to cancel and stop payment. Can you help me?

If you aren't able to click the settings logo or it's not there all together, then it could be because the subscription was purchased through the mobile app store. When this occurs, the subscription fees are applied in a different way. To cancel them, you'll want to follow the steps below associated with the method in which you purchased the subscription from:
Cancel on iOS (iPhone or iPad)
Go to Settings, then select iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID, then select View Apple ID.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Tap QuickBooks Self-Employed, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel on Mac
Go to the Account menu, then select View My Account.
Sign in with your Apple ID, then select View Account.
In the Settings section, select Manage next to Subscriptions.
Select Edit next to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Select Cancel Subscription, then Confirm.
Cancel on Android
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap the Menu ☰.
Find QuickBooks Self-Employed, then select Cancel Subscription.
After that, you still have access to your account until the next billing cycle.
