Any pending or automated actions applied in your QuickBooks Online account will be stopped automatically the moment you've canceled it. That being said, all entries are for read-only access and won't bring impact to any of your bank accounts connected to it.
If you’re referring to your Merchant service, you can contact our Payment Support team to turn this automatic transfer off. They can assist you further in stopping this function right away.
