It's good to see you here in the Community, @jsunshine.
I'm here to help you run a report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QBO uses browser cache and cookies to perform at its best. However, there are times when the browser is full of accessed pages. This will cause some unusual responses like the missing reports option.
We may open your QBO account using a private browser and access the reports from there. This will help us determine if the issue is browser-related.
Here are the different keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Once done, try to run the report again. If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, I'd also suggest using other supported, up-to-date browsers.
On the other hand, we can open a report by following the steps below:
- Go to Business overview then choose Reports.
- Use the Find report by name search bar to search for reports by name. You can also browse the list.
- Hit the report to open it.
When everything looks good, we can bookmark the report in case you might need them in the future.
