I can't send a mass email, I only get 14 addresses that show up.

I have a few troubleshooting steps you can perform to help move forward when sending mass emails.
Let’s start by logging into your account using a different browser. Check out the list below for supported ones. Performing this process helps isolate if it’s browser-related.

 

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari 11 or newer (Mac only). To preview and print forms on Mac OS, you'll also need the Firefox PDF plugin.

Once you’re logged into the account, try lodging the email and check if all your customers’ addresses show up. If the issue persists, I suggest checking with an IT professional for further assistance. They can help configure Outlook to make sure all email addresses will show when sending mass emails.


However, if all email addresses are complete using a different browser, run the Health Checkup tool. This is to identify any issues with your browser's health, and it's compatibility with QuickBooks Online.

That didn't work, I wasn't using a browser, I was using the desktop app.  I replied to the original email saying as much, and never heard a response.

Thanks for taking the time doing the steps provided by Rasa-LilaM. There's a couple of solutions you can do to fix the mass email issue in the Desktop app. 

 

It's possible that the cache storage is full, which limits the addresses shown in your end. You can clear the Desktop app's cache data to resolve this. This functions like clearing the browser. Simply click on Help, then choose Reset App Data

Also, try uninstalling then reinstalling the app. It might also have something to do with its program files. If you don't have the download link or installer, you can get a new one here

 

I'd also suggest following up with the email agents using the contact email they provided you with. Regarding the unresponsive support, I'll take note of this as a feedback to better assist you in the future.
