Hello, @Maureen6.

Welcome to the Community. Are you trying to update your credit card through the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS)? If so, it could be that you forgot your User ID or password for your CAMPS account.

Let me help route you to the right support that'll help update your credit card information in a secure environment. They also have the tools to reset your password for your CAMPS User ID. Here's how to get their contact information:

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks Version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

To learn more about managing your account, you can check out this article: Use the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS).

Keep me posted how it goes. I'm here if you have additional questions. Have a nice one.

I can't update my credit card expiration date. Problem with ID and/or password.

I put in my cc info and lately I get a message "unfortunately, our system isn't cooperating right now and we can't update your card information.  We're working on solving this problem.  Please try again later."

I've been trying for 2 weeks and when I try to call someone they prompt me to update my cc through quickbooks.  Are they fixing this?

Thanks for joining the thread, sd1967.

To update your credit card information, let's try to do it on the CAMPS page.

Here's how:

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com
  2. Sign in with your Intuit Account info.
  3. In the Products & Services list, find your app or subscription.
  4. Tap Details.
  5. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
  6. Update your payment information.
  7. Hit Save and Close.

However, if the issue persists after trying the recommended workarounds, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can perform a screen-sharing session to look for the root cause of the issue and help you apply a permanent fix.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Pick QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. On the pop-up screen, select Contact Us.

For helpful resources, you may want to check out our help articles for QuickBooks Desktop for future use.
