I can't update my credit card expiration date. Problem with ID and/or password.
I put in my cc info and lately I get a message "unfortunately, our system isn't cooperating right now and we can't update your card information. We're working on solving this problem. Please try again later."
I've been trying for 2 weeks and when I try to call someone they prompt me to update my cc through quickbooks. Are they fixing this?
In the Products & Services list, find your app or subscription.
In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
Update your payment information.
Hit Save and Close.
