We can go first to the Billing & Subscription page in your account to see the details of the amount.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription on the left of the screen.
  4. Tap the View payment history link.

Once done, you can reach out to our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you detailed information on why you are charged with $20.00 on your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon on the top menu.
  2. Tick Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Tap Let's talk.
  5. Select Start a chat, Get a callback or Get the number to connect with us.
