To help figure out why you're unable to access clients' account, I need more information. Did you encounter any error on your end? What happens when you click one of your client's business name?

 

For now, we can perform some basic troubleshooting to fix the issue. We can start with logging into your account through a private browser.

 

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, you can switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the problem persists, you can try to use a different supported browser. It helps determine if the problem is within the browser.

 

I recommend adding some screenshot about what you're referring to for additional reference. The Community team will be with you all the way to fix the issue.
