I cannot access my account

Thanks for dropping by, @jl129535.

 

The Master Admin may have changed the access rights of the account, which means you'll need to get in touch with them to regain access.

 

They can grant you to view and make changes such as reconciliation, and other financial reports. They can edit your access by going to the Gear icon and click Manage Users. Then, click the Users tab and under the ACTION column, click Edit.

 

However, if you already have access to the account and somehow unable to sign to it using a web browser, I'd suggest signing in QuickBooks in an incognito or private browser. Internet files may have loaded the browser's data storage, that's why QuickBooks unrecognized the credentials.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts for private browsing:

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

If you're able to login successfully, go back to your browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Otherwise, you use another supported browsers mentioned above.
