Welcome to the Community, @Anonymous.

I can share some insights about the available reports for different QuickBooks Online versions.

The Transaction List by Customer report is only currently available for our Essentials and Plus subscribers. Most likely, you're using our Simple Start product which is why the report is not on the list when you search for it. You can check this link to learn more about report comparison between QuickBooks Online subscriptions.

You can run and customize the Sales by Customer Summary report instead or upgrade to our higher versions

  1. On the left menu, click Reports.
  2. On the search field, enter Sales by Customer Summary.
  3. Customize the date period.
  4. Click the customer's amount link to have the list of transactions under its name.
  5. Click the Save customization to memorize the report.

That should point to you to the right direction, @Anonymous.

Keep me posted on how these steps work out for you. I'll be here to keep helping. Have a great day.
