Let’s try to do the instructions again through a private window. Here’s how to start browsing privately:
For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
If you’re able to upload the logo on through a private browser, I’d recommend clearing your browser’s cache. Please be sure to close the browser after doing the troubleshooting steps for the changes to take effect. You can also try switching to other supported browsers on your system to check how it works.
